Cancel 15 days ahead for a full refund of the deposit; 7 to 14 days ahead for half; under 7 days no refund.

What if a tour is cancelled for lack of guests?

We tell you at least 5 days ahead and refund everything, or move you to another date.

Can I change a traveller's name?

Yes, 3 days ahead for domestic tours; international tours depend on the flight and visa.
